"The only hotel where the lobby is more valuable than the room"
I didn't find my last three jobs through LinkedIn's job listings — I found them through people I met in the lobby. The networking here is unmatched. Premium Career ($29.99/mo) put me as a Featured Applicant, and recruiters started finding me. LinkedIn claims Premium guests are 2.6x more likely to get hired. My experience confirms it — but only if you actively work the lobby, post content, and build connections. The room itself (job search) is good; the lobby (networking) is world-class.

"Beautiful hotel, but they don't serve entry-level guests"
Applied to 200+ positions through LinkedIn over 4 months. Response rate: maybe 3%. The hotel is clearly designed for mid-to-senior professionals — entry-level job seekers are invisible here. The Premium upsell is constant. Customer support was non-existent when I had billing issues, which explains the 1.2 Trustpilot score. The networking concept is powerful if you already have connections; if you're starting from zero, you're dining alone.

Management Response — The Networking Grand
The Grand is designed for guests who invest in the full experience — networking, content creation, and profile optimisation. With 1.2B members, 15.7M active jobs, and an interview rate 2x above industry average, the property delivers exceptional value for professional-level guests. We acknowledge the support desk needs improvement and are working to address the 1.2 Trustpilot feedback. For entry-level guests, we recommend pairing a Grand stay with a booking at The Volume Inn for broader coverage.
